These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Local Launch's website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Local Launch provides web design, search engine optimization (SEO), online marketing, and related services for small and local businesses. Project scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed per engagement.
Fees for services are as agreed in writing. Payment terms are due as specified for each service or subscription. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew until canceled.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may receive text (SMS) text messages from us. We send messages only about the request you submitted: a reply to your inquiry, the link to a demo webpage you asked for, and scheduling or confirmation messages about that request. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency varies with your request, usually one to five messages. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the details in section 8. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase and is never required to submit a form or buy anything. We retain rights to our own materials and tools. Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you (such as website design) are licensed for your use as described in your engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Launch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three (3) months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
